N. Star of Zanzibar is a tropical waterlily created by Rich Sacher. It has purple blue star petals and heavily marked pads. It's parentage is Morning Star x N. Purple Zanzibar. It's publication date is 2000.

It won the Banksian Medal for the best Waterlily of 2000.
